It’s not about the numbers. We didn’t set out to be the largest shopping center developer in Southern Nevada, only the best. More than a dozen centers, multiple single tenant retail developments, and millions of square feet of retail space doesn’t tell the whole story. It wasn’t always easy, but Laurich Properties successfully introduced many national retailers and restaurants to Southern Nevada over the last three decades. None larger than the Home Depot. Other firsts include Bed, Bath & Beyond, Babies ‘R’ Us, Barnes & Noble Booksellers, Best Buy, Cost Plus, Jo-Ann, etc., Joe’s Crab Shack, Landry’s, Longs Drug, Old Navy, Roadhouse Grill, and Ulta Cosmetics, just to name a few.

Finally, developing these projects means little without a purpose. Breathing life into them and taking pride of ownership for decades is our mantra. We are not merchant developers, but long term holders. It matters to us how our projects appear to the local community, its members and leaders. Most of the projects we developed and are still in our portfolio and will be for generations to come. We believe in Las Vegas now and into the future.
